Sustain HB 10 Veto

The North Carolina Black and Brown Policy Network calls for the sustaining of Governor Cooper’s veto of HB 10. HB 10 would give hundreds of millions of our public school dollars to wealthy families for private schools for vouchers. In the same bill, it would force our local law enforcement to cooperate with ICE, creating a chilling effect in our immigrant communities. 

That’s why we are asking you to contact our state legislators TODAY and demand that they do the right thing and sustain the veto of the egregious bill.
