About NC Black and Brown Policy Network: The North Carolina Black and Brown Policy Network, an Advance North Carolina project, is a network of Black, Brown, and intersecting partners who work to create equity, political infrastructure and move advocacy through the lens of political policy work. The network was created to honor the need to create alignment strategies amongst people of color in a way that was not being seen within North Carolina groups.
